Description

As it stands, when editing figures in EIP, the read-only
text is displayed below the caption text area (i.e. at the end of the element). For
, it is displayed before the caption. The current fix for
(about to roll out) also has it listed before the caption (and summary).

We should make this consistent across all three elements (as well as any others with multiple text areas that I may have missed). I believe that
should be our standard, as it most accurately represents the structure of the underlying CNXML.

Closing tags for
,
, and
all looked good, but the previous hotfix for the table id didn't make it onto this branch. Ed wants to have another go at it when a comprehensive display can be tested.

Replying to je2:

This defies explanation. The version of Edit-In-Place file that I checked in for this ticket contained both fixes. The Edit-In-Place file on waki:8080 contains the second but not the first fixes.
